Bio

University professor of data analysis methods and techniques, he is an “OIV” (Independent Performance Evaluation Body) for companies owned by the Public Administration / in-house and a consultant in anti-corruption and transparency matters for RPCTs (Responsible for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency). For the same entities, he performs the function of OdV (Supervisory Body) of the MOG (Organizational, Management, and Control Models) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments. He is the author of studies and publications on risk management, procurement, and social impact evaluation of anti-corruption systems, and is an ISO auditor for anti-corruption management systems (ISO 37001). He holds a PhD, is a doctor in Economics and Law, has completed notarial practice, and is registered with the professional registers of Chartered Accountants and Legal Auditors (MEF). He is a founding member and AU CEO of university spin-offs, including SIGMA NL. He is a founding member and BoB member of TRIADI, a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano (benefit corporation and innovative start-up). He is an ISO 19011, 9001, 14001, 45001 auditor.
