POLI.design signed two MOU with Xiongan Future Industrial Design Institute and Hebei Industrial Design Innovation Center

We are proud to announce the beginning of two new collaborations between POLI.design, Xiongan Future Industrial Design Institute and Hebei Industrial Design Innovation Center. The two Memorandums of understanding were signed yesterday, October 19th 2021, during the Hebei International Industrial Design Week.

The signing ceremony was held in Xiong An, city of reference for the industrial, services and social transformation of China. In this scenario, Xiongan Future Industrial Design Institute, a platform for development and innovation, is not only a national design centre, but also plays an important strategic role in the national policy, aimed at the industrial transformation of the country. Similarly, Hebei Industrial Design Innovation Center is not only a professional support platform, but also a key provincial centre, supervised by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province, for innovation in the field of Industrial Design.

The collaboration aims:

• to introduce educational programs and other possible kind of collaborations (e.g. Study Tours, and educational courses) in the post-lauream education, in the field of Industrial Design, in China and in Italy, in presence and in e-learning modality, built for differentiated target participants (entry level/ medium level/ high level);
• to introduce Corporate Education initiatives in the field of Industrial Design, promoting cooperation on enterprise training and advisory, with the ultimate goal of establishing an Industrial Design center in China;
• to develope Design Advisory initiatives for companies operating in the field of Industrial Design;
• to promote other joint activities agreed upon by both Parties later, such as Contests and Events (e.g. events and contests, such as Hebei International Industrial Design Week, Goldreed Industrial Design Award).

The agreement was signed by the CEO of POLI.design, Matteo O. Ingaramo and by the CEO of Xiongan Future Industrial Design Institute and Director of Hebei Industrial Design Innovation Center, Ms. Changhong Feng.
