Milan Design Week Study Tour by POLI.design

A four-day tour during the Salone del Mobile to welcome international delegations

POLI.design will lead international delegations of professionals in an exclusive experience in the heart of the Capital of Design

For POLI.design, project culture and design don’t have geographic boundaries, while globalization allows a continuous exchange of skills and knowledge with professionals from all over the world.

For the Milan Design Week in April 18-23, 2023, POLI.design is organizing Study Tours that will guide International participants through the exhibitions and installations present at the Salone del Mobile and the events of Fuori Salone, spread around different districts of the city.

The presence of POLI.design Faculty will allow participants to deepen their knowledge on the latest trends, technologies and materials in Furniture and Interior Design, Lighting Design, Urban Regeneration and Sustainability, Future Studies and many others, while expanding their business network.

The Study Tour is a 4-day program  beginning with a Masterclass where participants will be able to meet internationally renowned scholars while visiting PoliMi Design Campus and its Laboratories. Participants will also have the option to choose from three thematic paths:

  • The Pillars of Design
  • Between tradition and innovation
  • World fashion Capital

The Faculty of the Study Tour will be composed of POLI.design professors, nationally and internationally renowned design experts and academics specializing in Interior Design, Architecture, Urban Regeneration and Sustainability and other relevant topics.

At the end of the Study Tour, participants will receive a certificate of participation and an Open Badge from POLI.design in which the skills acquired during the course are reported and validated in the form of metadata.

How to participate?

The course, programmed for groups of 10 to 30 participants, will last 4 days, totaling 24 hours (6 hours per day) of lectures and guided visits held in English.

Participation fee: 1.200 € + VAT (22%) per person
