Bio
Graphic Designer e Gastronoma.
Laureata in Comunicazione linguistica e multimediale presso l’Università degli Studi di Firenze e specializzata in Graphic Design presso l’Accademia di Comunicazione a Milano. Dopo oltre 10 anni nell’ambito del Design, ha deciso di focalizzarsi sul cibo, completando un Master in Culinary Arts all’Università Slow Food di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo. Attualmente assistente didattica del Master in Design for Food e consulente gastronomica per aziende agricole, produttori e ristorazione.
Graphic Designer and Gastronome.
She graduated in Linguistic and Multimedia Communication at the University of Florence and specialized in Graphic Design at the Accademia di Comunicazione in Milan. After more than 10 years in the Design field, she decided to focus on Food, completing a Master in Culinary Arts at the Slow Food University of Scienze Gastronomiche in Pollenzo. Currently didactic assistant for the Master in Design for Food and gastronomic consultant for farms, producers and restaurants.
