Here you may find further information about the Application Documents:
- Curriculum Vitae: it shoul be detailed and possibly contain your photo. You may use the format you prefer but make sure that it contains all the information of the European format.5
- Motivation Letter: it should contain the reasons why you wish to apply for a specific Specializing Master. The length is at your choice but it is suggested that it doesn’t exceed one page.
- Reference letter: it may be by a university or work refererent and there is no specific format for it.
- Project Portfolio: there is no specific number of projects to present, but it is suggested to add the projects that are more consistent with the study path for which you are applying. It is mandatory only if you have a background in Architecture or Design.
- Handsketches Portfolio: there is no specific number of handsketches to present, but it is suggested to add the sketches that are more consistent with the study path for which you are applying.
- Video Curriculum Vitae: it may be recorded by any device (including your Smartphone); the duration must between 60 and 90 seconds; the video must have a horizontal orientation, medium close up framing and a good lighting. It is suggested to deal with the following points: Bio data (name, surname, nationality, current profession/activity); university/working background and reasons why you wish to take part in the Specializing Master; hobbies and/or passions; personal values you think to possess and/or possible anecdotes that can allow the Specializing Master Programme Commission to enrich their knowledge of the candidate.
- Scanning of the Italian Tax Code: it is mandatory only for Italian candidates and foreign candidates who already have it.6
- Scanning of the Identity Card or Passport: for EU citizens it is possible to upload either the Identity card or the passport; Non-EU citizens should upload the scanning of the passport details. Candidates having two citizenships should upload one single PDF with the scanning of the identity documents of both the citizenships.
- Scanning of the Degree: it is possible to upload the scanning of the degree or of a provisional certificate of graduation by the university. Study titles achieved in Italy can be self-declared.7
- Scanning of the University Transcript: the university transcript is the list of courses and marks that you got during your university path. For study titles achieved in Italy you may self-declare the transcript.8

- In case of admission in the Specializing Master, foreign candidates will have to apply for the Italian Tax Code at the Italian Embassy/Consulate in the country in which they live or at the Agenzia delle Entrate and have it at the Specializing Master starting date.
