The meeting will be an opportunity to reflect about the design of transfer process and tools ranging from canteens kitchen and kids food education micro-good practices; municipal farm toolkit, food sovereignty and land use preservation conservation poster, etc.
 
The Specializing Master in Design for Food of the Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with University of Gastronomic Sciences, directed by POLI.design, organize an exclusive conversation to talk about food, design and innovation; a multi-voiced reflection on the systemic approach to design and its various fields of application.
 
The speech will be held with 
  • Anna Meroni, CO-Director Specializing Master in Design For Food - Full professor at the School of Design at Politecnico di Milano 
  • François Jégou, initiator of the Brussels based design transformation lab Strategic Design Scenarios and lead expert for URBACT European city networks

The Specializing Master in Design for Food integrates extensive design skills with thematic and specific competences in the food area, related to humanities, gastronomic sciences, engineering and food technology.
