POLI.design, founded by Politecnico di Milano in 1999, is a university institution of acknowledged excellence that brings together a unique research and post-graduate training centre. Together with the School of Design and the Department of Design, it is part of the prestigious Design System of Politecnico di Milano: 1st in Italy, 3rd in Europe and 7th in the world in the QS World University Rankings 2024 in the Art&Design field.

More than 50 training products are offered, including Specializing Masters and Executive Courses, distributed in seven thematic areas and designed to explore the culture of design at 360°: Interior Design and Architecture, Business Design, Communication Design, Digital and Interaction, Cultural Heritage, Fashion Design and Product Design.

Tradition and innovation, quality and the ability to connect with the professional world are the cornerstones of POLI.design, which aims at a professional training for young graduates and professionals and at an effective integration in the many fields of design.

POLI.design is also active, in Italy and abroad, in the promotion of design culture, acting as a link between universities, companies, institutions and the professional world, establishing partnerships, creating specific projects, competitions, cultural events and publishing activities.
