For the Milan Design Week 2022, POLI.design organizes study tours and welcomes international delegations

For the Milan Design Week 2022, scheduled for June 6-12, 2022, also this year POLI.design organizes international activities at Campus Bovisa and Fuorisalone. Study tours and welcome delegations fit within the strategic relationship that POLI.design is holding for the transfer and exchange of skills in Design.

For June 6, starting at 10 a.m. the appointment for the study tour is with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Colombia. To welcome the delegation participants are Paola Galdi, Head of POLI.design International Affairs, together with Elisa Astori, Scientific Coordinator of the Specializing Master in Furniture Design, and Marisa Santamaria, journalist and Furniture Design Trendwatcher. A certificate of attendance ceremony with Matteo O. Ingaramo, Chairman of POLI.design, is planned afterwards.

This is followed on June 8 by a welcome to the delegation from the Santo Domingo School of Arts and Crafts, curated by Paola Galdi and Matteo O. Ingaramo and with the participation of Susanna Testa and Giovanni Maria Conti, respectively Researcher and Associate Professor at the Department of Design, Politecnico di Milano. The guests of the School are the Director Laura Mejía Flórez, and the designers Juan Sebastian Osorio and Lina Obregón, respectively Head of the Wood and Goldsmithing programs and Consultant of new projects in the international field.

Finally, on June 9 and 10 POLI.design welcomes Advantage Austria, the foreign trade promotion organization of the Austrian Chamber of Economy. For the study tour with visits to the Solferino and Brera districts and lectures at the Bovisa Campus, Paola Galdi and Matteo O. Ingaramo, together with Gianpietro Sacchi and Alberto Zanetta, respectively Deputy Manager and Didactic Coordinator of the Higher Education Courses Hotel Design Fundamentals, Hotel Design Contributions, Hotel Design Advanced, Wellness Design, Ho.Re.Ca & Outdoor Spaces, and Worskhop, of POLI.design.
