Introducing Sensitaliani Philippines

From an overview of the most iconic fashion brands to the experience of luxury, these are two of the topics we discussed on the occasion of “Introducing Sensitaliani Philippines”. Yesterday’s webinar involved Anna Barbara (POLI.design Chairwoman) and esteemed professors of the Postgraduate School who focused on some pivotal issues regarding the future of Made in Italy.

Born from the partnership with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCPI), the webinar introduced the Sensitaliani Program – an activity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy, which aims at promoting Italian Design worldwide as an excellence of our country. After a brief introduction of the Institution and its Educational Offer provided by Paola Galdi (POLI.design International Affairs Chief Officer) and Sofia d’Alessandro (POLI.design International Affairs Associate), four speeches addressed some aspects related to the main theme: “Pillars of Design. The Great Italian Masters” by Prof. Barbara Camocini, “The World’s Fashion Capital. The Most Iconic Brands and Venues” by Prof. Giovanni Conti, “A Pathway to Excellence. How to Experience Luxury” by Prof. Martina Motta, “Between Tradition and Innovation. Modern and Contemporary Architecture” by Prof. Maria Vittoria Capitanucci. We would like to thank all the participants for their work in support of the webinar. In particular, thanks to Lorens Ziller (ICCPI Executive Director) for this interesting opportunity and our Student Ambassador Joseph Raphael Espinosa for their contributions for sharing his experience at POLI.design.
