Bio

Elena Novati is UX Researcher at Experientia. She has a background in Social and Organizational Psychology and is involved in the management of service design and innovation projects. An expert in user research and analysis of consumer behaviors, she carries out field research, analysis&ideation workshops, idratino sessions, ethnographies, usability test activities, co-design and participatory processes for company innovation (B2C and B2B) in diverse sectors. She worked on a variety of user research and innovation projects in Germany, Greece, Italy, Scandinavia and UK, transforming insights to innovation and idea generation using several research methodologies.
