Mari Suoheimo
Bio
Mari Suoheimo is an Associate Professor of Service Design at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO). Her research focuses on integrating service design with systemic approaches to address complex societal challenges. She has contributed to scholarly work on systemic oppression in service design, examining how capitalist, patriarchal, and colonial systems influence digital labor platforms. Mari is also involved in organizing academic events, such as the upcoming Nordes 2025 conference, and actively participates in discussions on the intersection of service design and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
