Bio
Service design expert, Roberta Tassi is known world-wide as the author of Service Design Tools (2009-2019). She is the founder and design director of oblo, a hyper-specialised studio based in Milan, works as Head of Service Design at the Digital Transformation Team of the Italian Government and collaborates as Professor with the University Politecnico di Milano and other design schools. In the course of her career she has led research and service design programs in different industries and geographies, most of which as Principal Designer at frog. She is also the author of the book #ServiceDesigner, published by FrancoAngeli: a journey into the challenges and skills of service design practitioners (available in Italian only).
